About me

I'm Jessica.

I’m a teacher, dancer, writer, and designer of dresses.

I live in sunny San Diego, CA. I'm a former classroom teacher who burned out badly and now works one-on-one with students. I have a special gift for connecting and building rapport with people so they feel seen, appreciated, and like they really matter.

I’m also a meditator, a witchy wordsmith, a tanguera, a dancing poet, and a lover of old things.

I love to write words that maybe, just maybe, crack open your heart a little more. And I love to create beautiful things. A few years ago, I started designing dresses to dance in and am building Glissade, a brand of dresses for dancers, and dancers through life.
