Citrus Hills

As if warmed by the ever present sun

the colors heat too.

Adobe clay

terra cotta

a flash of copper

blazing bougainvillea

and orange of paradise plumage.

And citrus splashing color

across the trees,

fragrant bright jewels of

persimmon

kumquat

tangelo

lemon

and orange.

Everywhere, a gorgeous blaze.
